An Internal Community Leadership Role
We are looking for 2-3 women who are ready to step into something beyond their own journey — to serve, to pray, and to help cultivate the culture of faith that makes the Faith 4 Fertility Friends community what it is.

This role was born from the
need for community..
Faith 4 Fertility Friends is not just a platform. It is a community of women and couples who are choosing to stand on the Word of God in the middle of one of the most isolating journeys a person can walk.
"The culture of this community matters. And culture is not maintained by one person — it is built by many."
F4F Legacy Leaders are women who are on the journey themselves — who understand what it means to stand in faith, to encourage another woman when her own faith feels shaken, and to hold the standard of the Word of God in every conversation.
The Role
What F4F Legacy Leaders
actually do
This is a service role. It is not about recognition — it is about assignment. Here is what Legacy Leaders are responsible for inside the Faith 4 Fertility Friends community.
Prayer
Commit to praying for the Faith 4 Fertility community weekly. Pray specifically for women who share prayer requests in the group. Lead or participate in designated community prayer threads. Intercede for the women and couples who are standing in faith.
Encouragement
Actively engage in the F4F Friends Facebook community daily or several times a week. Be the first to respond to new members with a warm welcome. Speak life and truth over women who are struggling or discouraged. Always lead from the Word — not from emotion or personal opinion.
Discussion
Help facilitate meaningful discussion around content Tammy posts. Ask follow up questions that draw women deeper into conversation. Keep discussions grounded in scripture and faith — redirect any conversation that drifts into fear, medical speculation, or negativity.
Culture
Model what it looks like to believe God in the middle of the journey. Set the tone — expectant, faith-forward, Word-based. Protect the community from comparison, competition, or discouragement. Be the living standard of what Faith 4 Fertility stands for.

You are not available to commit for a minimum of 6 months

Applications are open July 13th through July 31st. Selected Legacy Leaders will be notified by August 8th and will officially begin their role on August 10th. Please answer every question honestly and from the heart.
